What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or in-store retail design, preferably in the beauty or parfum industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing in-store design projects (layouts, window displays, fixtures, and visual storytelling inside retail spaces).
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.).
- Fluent in English (spoken & written), with a good sense of copywriting for in-store communication.
- A creative, proactive, and collaborative team player who takes initiative.
