Main responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Develop pricing strategies and proposal in collaboration with finance and operations team
- Build and maintain relationship with key customers and partners
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
- Train and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and ensure accountability
- Address any operational challenges that impact customer satisfaction
- Provide regular reports on Marketing performance, market trends, and forecast to the management
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in logistics sales, or a related field required
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion in the logistics industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must able to negotiate and problem-solve
- Strong ability to develop and execute Marketing strategies
- Proven experience leading, motivating, and managing high-performance teams
- Excellence verbal and written communication in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
