Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Develop pricing strategies and proposal in collaboration with finance and operations team
  • Build and maintain relationship with key customers and partners
  • Identify new markets and growth opportunities
  • Train and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and ensure accountability
  • Address any operational challenges that impact customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular reports on Marketing performance, market trends, and forecast to the management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in logistics sales, or a related field required
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion in the logistics industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must able to negotiate and problem-solve
  • Strong ability to develop and execute Marketing strategies
  • Proven experience leading, motivating, and managing high-performance teams
  • Excellence verbal and written communication in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
