Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
Ensure stock accuracy and efficient use of warehouse space.
Plan and manage product distribution and delivery schedules.
Work with transport vendors and monitor logistics costs.
Maintain proper documents for shipments, returns, and inventory.
Develop SOPs for safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Report performance and suggest improvements to management.
Train, guide, and evaluate the warehouse & logistics team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics, including 2 years in a leadership roles
Knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and logistics operations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to manage budgets, vendors, and work under deadlines.
