We operate more than 30 Greenhouses and collaborate with over 50 distributors across Central Java, East Java, West Java, DKI Jakarta, and Kalimantan. Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for an Invoicing Paid Intern, located in Karanganyar. The intern will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices, maintaining financial records, and providing administrative support. Daily tasks include preparing and sending invoices, reconciling billing discrepancies, and coordinating with the finance team to support billing operations efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in managing invoices and maintaining financial records
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to perform administrative tasks and provide support to the finance team
- Experience in finance or accounting is a plus
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
