Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience (B2B) in lubricant / metalworking / heavy equipment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability
- Able to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans
- Provide technical expertise and support to our distributor, customers, addressing their needs and challenges.
- Good understanding of the lubricant market and competition in Indonesia
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin/Hokkien is an advantage)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willing to travel domestically or regionally as needed
