Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Principal to follow up purchase order closely
- Calculate / rechecking Purchase Request From Sales team
- Create PO & Receiving on SAP Inventory system
- Liaise with Sales team closely
- Arranging just in time delivery
- Preparing import documentation
- Liaise with local distributor
- Stock/inventory monitoring
- Administration and document filing
Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Transportation Management major is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing & import-export role
- Understand the rules and regulation export and import process (especially in the medical equipment industry), Custom Clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to operate SAP inventory system
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge in internal audit, CDAKB is preferred
