Qualification :
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as Front Desk Agent, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role ( hotel/resort)
- Strong knowledge of front office procedures and guest service standards
- Experience with hotel systems (PMS) such as Opera, VHP, Hotely, or similar
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English (Spoken & written), additional languages are a plus
- Profesional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
