Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Data Center vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead 24/7 Data Center operations to ensure high availability, service reliability, and operational excellence.
- Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, including capacity optimization, automation, and energy efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (Uptime Tier Certifications, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, etc.).
- Oversee Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) implementation and readiness.
- Manage operational risks, including physical security, cybersecurity, and incident mitigation.
- Lead, develop, and manage the performance of Data Center teams to maintain best-in-class operational capabilities.
- Oversee budgeting, cost optimization, and technology/service procurement processes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and strategic vendors to support business growth and infrastructure needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Data Center Management or IT Infrastructure, with strong exposure to strategic planning and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of server, storage, virtualization, networking technologies, power & cooling systems, and physical security controls.
- Strong understanding of global Data Center standards and information security best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
