Merchandising Sales Manager – Bags City Group

Bags City Group is a retail company that specializes in luggage, bags, and travel accessories. Founded in 1992, it offers well‑known brands such as Lojel, Thule, Bagasi, Case Logic, and Travel Blue, available in 30 showrooms and 100 department stores throughout Indonesia.

Location: Tangerang Selatan (on‑site job)

As a Merchandising Sales Manager, you will ensure the effective execution of product display and promotional strategies in the field, supporting sales target achievement through visual merchandising implementation, product training, and coordination with the marketing team.

  • Ensure all promotional programs are properly implemented across all channels.
  • Ensure product displays are attractive, consistent and in line with brand guidelines.
  • Actively participate in Visual Merchandising execution for major campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Conduct regular checks to maintain visual merchandising standards throughout all outlets.
  • Analyze the impact of promotional and visual merchandising strategies on sales performance.
  • Provide feedback and improvement recommendations based on outlet and product performance data.
  • Together with HR, develop training materials covering product knowledge, promotional techniques and competitor analysis; for new products or specific product training, deliver the training to Sales Associates and frontline teams.
  • Together with Marketing, design and execute campaigns relevant to market needs and ensure campaigns run according to standards, including promotional materials, Point of Sale Materials (PSOM) and visual execution.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and distribution channels for new or specific products as dedicated projects, in collaboration with other departments to drive market penetration.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or trade marketing as a manager (retail experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, etc.
  • Willing to conduct regular visits to outlets.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Result oriented with strong analytical skills in evaluating sales performance.
  • Capable of developing training materials regarding products and delivering effective product education.
  • Solid understanding of merchandising principles and product or brand activation.
  • Able to process and analyze data, at least using MS Excel.
  • Proficient in using project management tools.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Willing to be placed for on‑site job at BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Account Manager to drive sustainable growth by enhancing marketing effectiveness, optimizing market and business intelligence, and strengthening customer relationships.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years in B2B Sales, Account Management or Business Development.

Manage and optimize sales operations to ensure the sales team effectively achieves revenue and distribution targets. Ensure consistent execution of sales strategies across all channels, including modern trade, general trade, key accounts, and retail stores, supported by data analysis, planning, and cross‑functional coordination.

  • Design and implement sales bundling strategies to increase product adoption.
  • Develop sales operations plans aligned with company targets (coverage, distribution, and volume/value growth).
  • Drive cross‑pollination initiatives (cross‑sell & upsell) across all business units.
  • Monitor and track performance against customer acquisition and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BI, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to optimize go‑to‑market strategies and ensure data alignment for accurate decision‑making.
  • Analyze sales distribution data, promotion effectiveness, and sales force activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure sales processes, promotional materials, and sales tools are effective in supporting customer growth.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve sales strategies.
E-Commerce Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee B2B / E‑Retail platforms (e.g., Blibli, Astro) to maintain strong store health and campaign readiness.
  • Supervise and empower e‑commerce enablers in daily store operations, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and sales teams to secure smooth order fulfillment and stock availability.
  • Manage B2B activities such as product assortment, pricing, promotions, and joint business planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners to maximize visibility and support.
  • Lead affiliate programs to grow traffic, sales, and brand visibility across platforms.
  • Drive livestream activations and creator collaborations to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee social commerce content strategy to ensure relevance, brand alignment, and performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales, promotions, and key operational metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management, while driving continuous process improvements.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, including managing online stores/marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of online sales platforms and digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, online ads, analytics, inventory & fulfillment basics).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, data‑driven mindset, problem‑solving ability, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable to fast‑changing e‑commerce trends.
Procurement Manager – F&B Operations

Oversee all procurement activities for goods and services to support company operations, particularly in the F&B industry.

  • Select and evaluate vendors in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure all procurement processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Conduct price, quality, and delivery time negotiations to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with suppliers and external partners.
  • Ensure completeness and compliance of certification documents (especially Halal Certification).
  • Lead and guide the procurement team in daily operations.
  • Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of certification processes, especially halal certification.

Accounting Assistant Manager – Japanese Manufacturing (Curug, Banten)

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Assistant Manager to join one of our client located at Curug, Banten. If you have specialized experience within the Japanese manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Independently prepare comprehensive Financial Statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports directly to the President Director (Japanese).
  • Tax and Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact and facilitate effective communication with external tax firms to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance.
  • System Proficiency: Oversee and manage daily accounting operations. Experience with Accurate system is highly preferable.
  • General Accounting: Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets, ensuring all records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Mandatory Experience: Proven working experience within a Japanese Manufacturing Company is required.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good communication in English required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
