Order & Inventory Handling
- Process and monitor daily orders, including packing coordination and delivery status.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate inventory synchronization across platforms.
Promotions & Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, flash sales, and voucher programs.
- Coordinate with marketing for banner updates, product highlights, and seasonal promotions. 4. Live Shopping & Affiliate Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute live selling sessions (e.g., Shopee Live, TikTok Live), including product preparation, script coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Manage and communicate with affiliate creators, ensuring they receive accurate product information, support materials, and campaign updates.
- Analyze live and affiliate performance metrics to improve effectiveness and sales results. 5. Data Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze daily sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign results.
Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and product questions through online platforms.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication tone.
