Job Descriptions:
- Install, configure, and test systems or software in line with project requirements and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support during implementation, maintenance, and post-deployment phases, ensuring smooth system integration with existing infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, both remotely and on-site, serving as a key point of contact for escalated technical problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure timely resolution aligned with client expectations.
- Guide clients through troubleshooting steps, and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to end-users and IT teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation manuals, troubleshooting guides, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
- Prepare regular progress and incident reports for stakeholders.
- Obtain and maintain relevant technical certifications for distributed products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in OT/ICS environments.
- Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profibus, etc.).
- Experience with industrial control systems (PLC, RTU, HMI, DCS).
- Familiarity with security technologies: firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, network monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Wireshark, Nessus, Metasploit, etc.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001).
- Have an experience for OT/Automation products such as Yokogawa, Schneider, Honeywell etc
