Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Asset Management professional located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The IT Asset Management professional will be responsible for maintaining and managing the IT asset inventory, tracking asset life cycles, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include asset procurement, deployment, auditing, and disposal. The role involves working closely with the IT and finance departments to manage asset-related budgets and provide accurate reporting on asset status and usage.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT asset inventory management, procurement, and life cycle tracking
- Knowledge of auditing and compliance protocols
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in using asset management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in the IT industry and finance industri is a plus
