Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant based in Bandung, Indonesia, with some flexibility for remote work. The Personal Assistant will support executives with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing correspondence, and coordinating meetings. Responsibilities also include diary management, handling clerical duties, and ensuring seamless communication within and outside the organization. Additionally, you will assist in organizing and maintaining confidential documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day executive needs
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and with external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational tasks for planning and maintaining schedules effectively
- Clerical Skills, including document organization, file management, and basic office administration
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism
- Proficiency with office tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administrative Assistance, Business Management, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
