The Opportunity for IT Manager
We are seeking a talented and dedicated IT Manager to join our team at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara . Based in Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat , this full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Qualifications
  • Graduates of Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position, especially in the manufacturing industry.
  • Have experience in ERP and IOT implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) and how they interact.
  • Strong understanding of project management, information technology management principles, including system administration and information technology service delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, Bekasi and join ASAP.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company\'s overall business objectives.
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and implementation of key business systems (especially ERP) and internal software solutions.
  • Responsible for the success of system and ERP projects (on time, within budget).
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities for improving the company\'s technological capabilities.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources efficiently to ensure effective and optimal use.
  • Lead and motivate the IT team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and implementation of key business systems (especially ERP) and internal software solutions.
  • Oversee IT operations, system administration, and IT service delivery.
  • Ensure ERP projects are completed on time and within budget; monitor performance and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources efficiently; allocate investments to maximize value.
  • Lead and develop the IT team, including coaching and professional growth opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities for technological advancement.
