Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to support daily office operations in our Jakarta office. The ideal candidate will assist with translation tasks, ensure smooth operational coordination, and manage attendance and administrative records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translation

  • Translate documents, internal communications, and meeting notes between Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Provide on-site interpretation during meetings or calls when needed.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and cultural relevance in all translations.
  • Operations

  • Support daily office operations, including coordination between internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist in business operations in Marketing, Customer Service and Business Development.
  • Prepare reports, maintain office supplies, and oversee general administrative duties.
  • Liaise with the HR, Finance, and Management teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Attendance & Administration

  • Track and manage staff attendance, leave records, and work schedules

  • Coordinate with HR and payroll to ensure accurate and timely attendance reporting.
  • Maintain employee files and update administrative databases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Language Studies, or related field.
  • Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration or operations roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
