Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karawang for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR activities including HR policies, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. The role includes managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and maintaining a positive employee experience. The HR Specialist will also support recruitment efforts, handle employee relations matters, and provide HR guidance to management.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge and experience in HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Personnel Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Karawang, room and board provided by Marensa.
- Experience in the hospitality or industrial sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
