- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with designers, merchandisers, and retail partners.
- Comfortable working closely with top management, especially the CEO, to align marketing direction with overall business vision and brand identity.

- Conduct and plan deep market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and growth strategy.
- Define clear market segmentation, targeting, and brand differentiation strategies for each business line.
- Drive key initiatives such as market expansion, customer retention planning, and brand consolidation.
- Regularly report to the CEO and leadership team on strategic progress, insights, and next steps.
