We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as:
- Technical Sales Engineer (Geospatial)
Location: East Jakarta
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: D4 or S1 in Geodesy or Geomatics Engineering
- Experience: Prior full-time work experience in sales or technical sales in a similar field is preferred but not a must. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Basic Knowledge: Proficiency in basic surveying and mapping tools, particularly GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems), Laser Scanner, and drone mapping.
- Strong presentation, networking, interpersonal and teamwork skills are required.
- Must be willing to undertake business trips to various regions across Indonesia.
- Must be willing to stay on site for long periods of time when required.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conduct Market Research to identify new clients
- Marketing strategies - webinars, industrial events, networking, etc.
- Prepare and conduct presentations to potential clients
- Make quotations & negotiations
- Do demos and trainings for clients
- Up-selling & Cross-selling initiatives
- Communicate with clients to address questions and issues in a timely manner, and to maintain relationship
- After-sales support
- Report to CRM/Log book/Pipeline regularly
- Work with all divisions in the company to ensure smooth sales processes and maintain a supportive working environment
