We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as:

  • Technical Sales Engineer (Geospatial)

Location: East Jakarta

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: D4 or S1 in Geodesy or Geomatics Engineering
  • Experience: Prior full-time work experience in sales or technical sales in a similar field is preferred but not a must. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Basic Knowledge: Proficiency in basic surveying and mapping tools, particularly GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems), Laser Scanner, and drone mapping.
  • Strong presentation, networking, interpersonal and teamwork skills are required.
  • Must be willing to undertake business trips to various regions across Indonesia.
  • Must be willing to stay on site for long periods of time when required.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conduct Market Research to identify new clients
  • Marketing strategies - webinars, industrial events, networking, etc.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations to potential clients
  • Make quotations & negotiations
  • Do demos and trainings for clients
  • Up-selling & Cross-selling initiatives
  • Communicate with clients to address questions and issues in a timely manner, and to maintain relationship
  • After-sales support
  • Report to CRM/Log book/Pipeline regularly
  • Work with all divisions in the company to ensure smooth sales processes and maintain a supportive working environment
