We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership & Marketing General Manager to generate marketing income through strategic group partnerships for our existing and upcoming Cornerstone projects, including Beachwalk Kuta Bali, 23Paskal Bandung, FX Sudirman Jakarta, Ciputra World Surabaya, 23 Semarang and Park23 Bali
Responsibility:
- To drive business growth, build, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with B2B brands, event organizers (EO), and agencies.
- Identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet revenue targets.
- Work closely with Marketing Teams to design integrated marketing campaigns (programs, events, branding opportunities) tailored for partners across various industries.
- Develop various programs that can increase achievement and increase weekday and weekend traffic mall
- Create and ensure thematic events that can build and strengthen the mall's brand and mall's identity
- Develop marketing & communication strategies that are right on target to build Brand Awareness
- Analyze and report partnership & marketing performance, providing insights to optimize future collaborations.
- Identify potential customers and follow up by developing effective marketing programs to attract them as loyalty members
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Communication from reputable universities
- At least 3 years of working experience as similar position
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and team management skills.
- A high level of initiative, creativity, and a passion for driving results.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to solve problems effectively.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
