Key Responsibilities
Policy Administration
- Process policy documents, manage renewals, and handle case submissions.
- Support overall client application workflows and documentation accuracy.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Manage daily operational tasks and office inventory.
- Ensure smooth coordination of administrative activities and reporting.
Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on claims or applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
Document & Data Management
- Receive, track, and archive contracts and essential records.
- Maintain accurate data entries in policy and claims management systems.
Requirements
- High proficiency in English (spoken & written) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or PA roles is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry (minimum 1 year) will be a strong plus.
