We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support our operations, policy administration, and client service functions. If you're organized, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

Policy Administration

  • Process policy documents, manage renewals, and handle case submissions.
  • Support overall client application workflows and documentation accuracy.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Manage daily operational tasks and office inventory.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of administrative activities and reporting.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on claims or applications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.

Document & Data Management

  • Receive, track, and archive contracts and essential records.
  • Maintain accurate data entries in policy and claims management systems.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in English (spoken & written) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or PA roles is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry (minimum 1 year) will be a strong plus.
  • Available to join immediately preferred.
