Job Description
As a Marketing Communication Intern, you'll support the Rabbit Habit marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing offline marketing activities — including booth openings, beauty workshops, and collaborative brand events.
Your Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and organizing offline events such as beauty workshops, pop-up booths, or brand collaborations.
- Support PR and partnership coordination with external vendors, venues, and collaborators.
- Create and maintain event communication materials — posters, captions, press notes, or content recaps for social media.
- Manage registration data, attendance lists, and ensure smooth event logistics.
- Conduct post-event reporting (attendance, feedback, photos, engagement).
- Brainstorm creative ideas to strengthen Rabbit Habit's offline branding presence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active university student (semester 5 or above) or recent graduate from:
Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Event Management, or Communication Studies. - Passionate about beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle branding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work on-site during events (Jakarta area).
- Internship period: 3–6 months.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience in event committee / campus organization / beauty brand project.
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or basic content editing tools.
- Comfortable speaking in front of people (for event coordination or guest handling).
- Location: Hybrid (mostly Jakarta-based for events).
- Duration: 3–6 months.
- Allowance: Provided (discussed during interview).
- Working Days: 3 Days in a Week (flexible for event days/weekends).
