Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in driving people and culture initiatives.
- Support end-to-end HR operations including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and HR policies.
- Ensure training is provided to new employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as HRBP/HCBP or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
