Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in driving people and culture initiatives.
  • Support end-to-end HR operations including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as HRBP/HCBP or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
