  • Oversee the annual renewal of long-term contracts covering operational support, processing, transportation, and auxiliary services within the steel mill.
  • Analyze cost structures related to labor, materials, and equipment used in outsourced services.
  • Determine appropriate pricing by referencing benchmarks such as the Producer Price Index and other relevant data.
  • Prepare cost calculations and negotiate contract terms with vendors to secure optimal pricing within budget constraints.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of outsourcing partners to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and outsourcing vendors, addressing concerns and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Monitor vendor performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in collaboration with outsourcing partners.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to vendor contracts, performance, and correspondence.
  • Support the procurement, evaluation, and onboarding process for new outsourcing vendors as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of outsourcing management policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support or outsourcing management role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance management, statistics, law, public administration, mathematics, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal stakeholders and external service provider
  • Minimum English Competency TOEFL 500 (mandatory)
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in using office productivity tools such as spreadsheets, databases, and project management software
  • A keen eye for detail and a focus on maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Familiarity with outsourcing best practices and service level agreement management
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certification (will be point plus): Lawyer, CPSM (Certified Procurement Supply Management), Certified Public Accountant.
