About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Procurement professional to join our team at PT Yonming Indonesia, a Commercial Vehicle spare parts sales company and workshop base HQ in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As our Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and managing our supply chain, ensuring we have the necessary materials and resources to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll be doing
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers
- Forecasting and planning procurement needs to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimise supply chain disruptions
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure we are getting the best value for our money
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to support the company's overall business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and requirements, and finding the best solutions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry (Fresh Graduate with excellent graduation score will be considered)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures
- Proficiency in using procurement software and other relevant technology to streamline processes
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to procurement
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Attention to details and accustomed to do administrative work neatly and thoroughly
- Have pleasant personality and ready to help other colleague
- Proficient in English & Computer literate.
- Familiar with Truck & Bus Spare Part will be an added advantage, but not mandatory
