- Provide business process and functional support for the SAP FI and CO modules including its sub‑ledgers such as AP, AR, and AA
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops/discussions and assess, challenge, and document the business requirements.
- Provide alternatives and recommend a solution.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements which include reports, data processing, loadprograms, and adjustment tools.
- Develop test strategies, test plans and test scripts.
- Work with different teams and IT partners in different arts of the world to provide services to clients.
- Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, drive process integration, and standardization
Analyst to Senior Analyst: 2–5 years of relevant experience in SAP FI CO modules and project engagements.
Specialist / Team Lead / Consultant: 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP FI CO, with demonstrated leadership or specialized expertise.
Managerial Roles: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity, overseeing SAP FI CO-related projects or teams.
Minimum Required Experience by RoleAnalyst/Senior Analyst: 2+ years
Specialist/Team Lead/Consultant: 5+ years
Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Finance , Information Technology , Computer Science , or other related fields.
Technical ExpertiseAt least 5 years of experience in SAP FI Configuration in any combination of the following:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting
- Bank Accounting
- Consolidation
- Funds Management
Experience in SAP CO Configuration , including:
- Product Costing
- Profit Center Accounting
- Profitability Analysis
- Activity Costing
Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate to Jakarta.
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
