本岗位全面负责公司印尼子公司的战略运营与市场拓展工作。职位核心目标是实现子公司在
泵与智慧流体系统解决方案
领域的持续增长与品牌影响力提升,确保生产、销售、服务及管理体系高效协同,推动企业在印尼市场实现高质量、可持续发展。
主要职责(Key Responsibilities)
- 经营管理与绩效达成
- 统筹印尼子公司日常经营活动,监督生产、销售、售后及供应链全流程运作,确保各业务板块高效协同并实现年度经营指标。
- 战略规划与市场布局
- 制定并实施公司在印尼市场的发展战略,明确市场定位与增长路径,推动商业泵、工业泵、家用泵及配套系统的市场拓展与渠道建设。
- 销售与业务发展
- 主导销售策略执行,深化B2B及工程项目合作,拓展关键行业客户(如建筑、市政、水务、能源等),带领团队实现业绩增长与市场份额提升。
- 生产与供应链管理
- 指导本地生产运营管理,优化成本结构与生产效率,确保产品质量稳定、交付及时,并持续改进供应链本地化体系。
- 财务与成本控制
- 监督财务预算与资金运用,建立稳健的财务管控体系,确保盈利能力与资金安全;定期向总部汇报经营成果与财务状况。
- 法律合规与风险管理
- 确保公司运营遵守印尼当地法律法规,完善合同与合规体系,识别并控制经营风险。
- 团队建设与组织管理
- 建设高效本地团队,负责招聘、培养、激励与绩效考核,塑造积极的企业文化与目标导向的管理氛围。
- 品牌建设与市场推广
- 负责品牌战略落地,推进产品与企业形象在印尼市场的传播与推广,提升品牌知名度与市场认同度。
- 对外关系与政府合作
- 建立并维护与当地政府、行业协会、重点客户及合作伙伴的长期互信关系,推动企业在当地可持续发展。
任职资格(Qualifications)
- 经验要求:
- 至少5年以上中大型制造型企业运营或管理岗位经验,具备独立管理海外子公司或工厂经验者优先。
- 行业背景:
- 熟悉机械制造、流体设备、泵类产品或工业品销售管理,有工程项目运作经验者优先。
- 专业技能:
- 具备销售管理、项目管理、成本控制与组织管理等综合能力;善于制定并执行经营策略。
- 语言能力:
- 英语可作为工作语言,熟悉印尼语者优先。
- 个人素质:
- 具备卓越的领导力、沟通协调能力及跨文化管理经验;具有高度责任心、结果导向与抗压能力。

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Operations Management
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the subsidiary to ensure efficient company performance and the achievement of expected business objectives.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution
Formulate and implement the company's development strategy in the Indonesian market, including market positioning, expansion planning, and business growth objectives.
3. Financial Management
Oversee financial budgets, statements, and financial strategies to ensure the rational use of funds. Coordinate with headquarters and other departments to achieve overall financial targets.
4. Business Development and Market Expansion
Identify new business opportunities, seek potential partnerships, and expand the company's market presence and influence in Indonesia.
5. Legal Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure that company operations comply with Indonesian laws and regulations. Establish and manage risk‑control mechanisms and take necessary measures to minimize operational risks.
6. Team Leadership and Management
Lead and manage the subsidiary's team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee motivation, to ensure high‑efficiency teamwork and a results‑driven culture.
7. Communication and Coordination
Maintain close communication with the headquarters, providing regular reports on subsidiary operations, market developments, and local implementation of strategic plans.
8. Customer Relations and Service
Ensure customer satisfaction, maintain and develop key customer relationships, and deliver high‑quality products and services.
9. Brand Promotion and Marketing
Develop and execute marketing and brand promotion strategies in the Indonesian market to enhance brand awareness and increase market share.
10. External Coordination and Collaboration
Establish and maintain positive relationships with local government agencies, industry associations, business partners, and suppliers to strengthen cooperation and corporate reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum
5 years
of operational management experience in a manufacturing company of similar size or industry. - Familiarity with
Indonesian culture, business environment, and living habits
; solid knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and sales management. - Strong understanding of
sales management
and
project management
principles. - Fluent in English
as the working language; able to adapt to moderate overtime and business travel. - High standards of
professional ethics, integrity, responsibility, and adaptability
. - Excellent
logical thinking, analytical judgment, leadership, and interpersonal communication
skills.
