Understand and analyze the business, including market trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis, to identify innovative ideas, new business opportunities, and product portfolio expansion.
Create product concepts for evaluation by the team and management.
Coordinate with domestic and international labs, manufacturers, and vendors regarding prototype sample creation and product timelines.
Coordinate across departments in a timely manner regarding product specifications, ingredients, usage instructions, benefits, claims, etc.
Determine product specifications in accordance with management's considerations and approvals.
Create product specification documents in accordance with development team approval.
Conduct internal panel testing for preliminary product assessments and process panel test data for internal purposes.
Conduct consumer surveys for continuous improvement and future development.
Obtain bachelor's degree from science background (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering), fresh graduate are welcome
Willing to work from office (WFO) in the Sunter area
Possess a "can-do" attitude
Always willing to learn new things
Passionate in the beauty industry
