HDF Energy operates in eight countries across the Asia Pacific region, including Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, India, Australia, and Fiji, with our regional headquarters based in Jakarta. We are currently offering an internship opportunity in Indonesia for one candidate, who must be based in Jakarta. The role will involve supporting GIS activities across the APAC region, with key tasks outlined below.
TASK DETAILS
- Support the remote assessment of potential land sites using geo-mapping tools.
- Analyze and compare mapping features related to the development of power plants.
- GIS mapping to support site selection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or last year students in Engineering, Geography, Geology, Geodesy,
- Environment, or other relevant studies.
- Having capability of operating ArcGIS or other similar tools for geo-mapping.
- Possessing basic knowledge of spatial data concepts and geographic coordinate systems.
- Possessing basic knowledge of power plants design, construction and operation is preferrable
- Willing to learn and giving attention to details.
- Having English proficiency.
TERMS
- Must be based in Jakarta
- Paid full-time internship for a duration of 6 months
- Expected start date in December 2025
- Hybrid work arrangement (combination of office and remote work), with the office located in Jakarta
