- Check the stock's truth by updating Stock Mutations for good and broken items
- Record all goods in and out of the warehouse based on administrative documents that apply and must be updated system
- Ensure Goods Issue is done after the goods are loaded
- Ensure Goods receipt of good goods and damaged goods is done in accordance with the goods received in the warehouse on the same day
- Ensuring weekly follow up of LPBR
- Send daily stock report every morning to Branch Manager & Logistics Coordinator
- Make all applicable warehouse administration reports including MHE maintenance reports properly and correctly and on time to facilitate administrative control
- Archiving all reports that have been made either digitally or physically in a structured manner for administrative order
- Doing stock of goods that not only include product category below:
9.1 Damaged Goods: every weekend
9.2 All goods: at the end of each month - Follow up LPBR damaged goods and ensure the minimum routine destruction 1x a month
- Create a regular report that includes not only the report below:
11.1 Daily reports of Mutation Stock and DSP [as per template]
11.2 Aging stock report every Monday, Wednesday, Friday [as template]
11.3 Monthly Stock Option Report [as per template]
11.4 Report on Damaged Goods
