Job Description :
- Conduct on-site inspections and verify work quality.
- Prepare and review quality reports and documentation.
- Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformities.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve technical or quality-related problems.
- Support continuous improvement of quality processes and standards.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection in the telecommunication field.
- Minimum GPA 3.2.
- Good understanding of telecom project standards and installation processes.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to travel to project sites when needed.
