- Coordinating to refine and revise company & the group firefighting standard, developing site level sops for site implementation.
- Coordinating lifecycle management for site firefighting system, including design review, installation inspection and acceptance, operation and maintenance supervision, change control and continuous optimization Etc. Feedback abnormal risks, good practices, suggestions and questions to the group.
- Overall managing site fire systems operation and maintenance, including regular inspection and testing to meet local authority requirement.
- Coordinating to prepare annual firefighting working plan, including training, hazard investigation, equipment management, rehearsal plan Etc. supervising implementation progress.
- Familiar with local firefighting code requirement, support on local authority site inspection and ensure fire system meet local requirement.
- Overall managing site firefighting contractors including contract management, manpower and KPIs Etc.
- Managing site firefighting team including training, working plan, work supervision, KPIs Etc.
Requirements:
- Familiar with firefighting system operation and maintenance, troubleshooting knowledge.
- Strong abilities of team management, communication and execution.
- Proficient in cad, microsoft office software E.G. Word, Excel, Power Point, Project Etc.
- Fluent english both in written and spoken. local nationality personnel are preferred. Mandarin communication ability is a plus.
