We're looking for a Business Analyst Senior Executive who's not only great with numbers but also enjoys seeing ideas come to life. In this role, you'll support projects across product launches and ongoing product maintenance, turning performance data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every detail is executed with precision. We're looking for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to connect data-driven insights with real business impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in
Business, Economics, or related. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a
fast-paced FMCG, F&B, or retail environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and data interpretation
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional projects or product launches
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end product launch projects from ideation to in-store rollout.
- Work with vendors to source and negotiate materials or products that align with current market trends.
- Prepare and monitor launch timelines, approvals, and production schedules to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct store checks during launch days to ensure SOP adherence.
- Monitor and analyze weekly product sales performance across regions and categories to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Investigate performance fluctuations by coordinating with related department and Operations teams for root-cause analysis.
- Support product maintenance by tracking ongoing products' performance, identifying cannibalization between SKUs, and recommending adjustments or discontinuation.
- Extract and analyze data from internal systems to evaluate sales trends, product forecasting, and inventory needs.
- Act as a bridge between data and project execution translating analytical findings into practical actions for the operations, marketing, product and related teams.
- Participate in discussions and follow up with multiple departments to ensure alignment on project goals and performance targets.
- Ensure communication flow and documentation are well-maintained for all product launch and maintenance activities.
