rovide day-to-day IT support to outlet and HQ teams, ensuring all systems, devices, and networks run smoothly.

Manage installation, setup, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network equipment.

Troubleshoot POS, printers, CCTV, and other operational systems used across outlets.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues before they impact operations.

Support data backups, security protocols, and access management.

Coordinate with third-party vendors for system repairs, upgrades, and software solutions.

Assist in the rollout of new IT systems, tools, and training across BAKED. outlets.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation for all equipment and systems.
Proven experience in IT Support, preferably in hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments.

Good understanding of hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.

Strong communication skills and a service-minded attitude.

Able to work independently and respond quickly to urgent issues.

A passion for problem-solving — and maybe a soft spot for good coffee.
