About the Project

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently undergoing a full SAP S/4HANA transformation across Global Operations.

We are looking for three experienced SAP Consultants to join the migration project team, each specializing in one key area: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement.

You will work closely with global stakeholders, including Business Process Owners (BPOs), Business Process Experts (BPEs), and IT teams, to ensure a successful migration, UAT, and go-live support.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with BPOs, BPEs, IT, and business users to align requirements and deliverables.
  • Support process mapping, requirement validation, and documentation for your functional area.
  • Prepare and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate issue resolution during UAT and go-live.
  • Conduct user training and ensure process readiness across regions.

Required Expertise (Choose Your Area of Focus)

  • Consultant #1 – Supply Chain

SAP Modules: MM, PP, SD (EWM/IBP integration is a plus)

Experience in operational planning or logistics

  • Consultant #2 – Manufacturing

SAP Modules: PP, PM (EWM, MES, Serialization interfaces are a plus)

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as batch management, process orders, and GMP

  • Consultant #3 – Procurement

SAP Module: PUR (Integration with Jaggaer or similar system is a plus)

Strong understanding of PR-to-PO processes

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP projects, ideally S/4HANA migrations
  • Experience in life science or pharmaceutical environments preferred
  • Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation) and SAP documentation standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (B2 level or above) — German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus

Working Hours: Aligned with German business hours (approx. 2 PM – 11 PM WIB)
