Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans aligned with brand identity and business goals.
  • Plan seasonal themes, product displays, and store layouts to maximize sales.
  • Ensure stores maintain high visual merchandising standards across all locations.
  • Conduct store visits and audits to assess and improve displays.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of visual merchandisers.
  • Provide ongoing training on VM techniques and retail trends.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Innovate and implement new display techniques.
  • Manage budgets for merchandising materials and store displays.
  • Optimize resource use while maintaining visual appeal.
  • Analyze sales data to assess merchandising impact.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design / Architecture is a must
  • 3–5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for design and detail.
  • Excellent understanding of store layouts, customer behavior, and product placement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for store visits and audits.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
