Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans aligned with brand identity and business goals.
- Plan seasonal themes, product displays, and store layouts to maximize sales.
- Ensure stores maintain high visual merchandising standards across all locations.
- Conduct store visits and audits to assess and improve displays.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of visual merchandisers.
- Provide ongoing training on VM techniques and retail trends.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Innovate and implement new display techniques.
- Manage budgets for merchandising materials and store displays.
- Optimize resource use while maintaining visual appeal.
- Analyze sales data to assess merchandising impact.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design / Architecture is a must
- 3–5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for design and detail.
- Excellent understanding of store layouts, customer behavior, and product placement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for store visits and audits.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
