Learning Operations
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Operations team member to support and enhance our Learning & Development (L&D) activities. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth end-to-end training operations, from planning to execution. You will:
- Manage training projects, including schedules, timelines, and resources.
- Handle training administration such as participant registration, logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
- Operate and maintain Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Google Classroom, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Utilize Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.
- Conduct light data analysis to evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, pre- and post-tests, and other metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in training administration, HR development, or organizational L&D activities is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internships or organizational experience in training is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple training programs.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with trainers, participants, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities to quickly resolve logistical or technical issues.
- Familiarity with L&D concepts and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is a plus.
