Business Support:

  • Manage the owner's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle business correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist in managing small projects, liaising with suppliers, clients, and partners.
  • Track expenses, assist with budgets, and handle reimbursements.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

Personal Assistance:

  • Manage personal appointments, family schedules, and errands.
  • Organize private events, reservations, and travel plans.
  • Coordinate household or property maintenance needs.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and sensitivity.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting a senior leader or entrepreneur.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to manage both business and personal priorities.
