Responsibilities
- Identify employee development needs through training needs analysis, talent reviews, and organizational diagnosis aligned with business strategy.
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs (training, coaching, mentoring, e-learning) and measure their impact on individual and organizational performance.
- Develop and execute talent management strategies including talent mapping, succession planning, career development, and retention of high‑potential employees.
- Drive organizational development initiatives such as structure design, culture reinforcement, engagement programs, and change management to improve effectiveness and productivity.
- Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations on workforce capabilities, program effectiveness, and development needs to support management decision‑making.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major with a GPA of at least 3.00 (scale of 4.00).
- 3‑7 years of working experience in a related field.
- Experience within FMCG manufacturing with more than 10,000 employees (preferred).
