Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related fields.
Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in event management, marketing events, or related fields in fashion or beauty retail brands.
Ability to design concepts and implement events.
Good communication skills to work and collaborate with various divisions and vendors.
Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of taking initiative, staying organized, and working under pressure.
Job responsibilities:
Develop strategic marketing plans for events and campaigns on social media to increase product and service sales.
Design the work plan concepts for upcoming events.
Handle various administrative tasks such as creating proposals and making presentations for event purposes.
Collaborate and work with every division and vendor.
Work with the team to build ideas, content, plans, and strategies for each program or event.
Implement planning: execution plan, action plan, and checklist for each event.
Be directly responsible for organizing events according to the plan.
Oversee photoshoot production.
Manage KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management.
Handle sponsorship and legal matters.
Arrange marketing barter with shopping malls.
