Job Description
As an HR Talent Management Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing talent management strategies to align with organisational goals.
  • Overseeing employee performance and succession planning programmes.
  • Collaborating with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Designing and executing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Leading recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent in the property industry.
  • Monitoring and analysing workforce trends to inform decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Talent Management Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in talent management within the Energy and/or B2B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of learning development, performance management, and training practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English
