Job Description
As an HR Talent Management Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing talent management strategies to align with organisational goals.
- Overseeing employee performance and succession planning programmes.
- Collaborating with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Designing and executing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Leading recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent in the property industry.
- Monitoring and analysing workforce trends to inform decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Talent Management Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in talent management within the Energy and/or B2B industry.
- Strong knowledge of learning development, performance management, and training practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
