Main Responsibilities:

  • Be a single point of contact for daily FM operations and management of a site or multi-sites as appointed.
  • Matrix manage both technical and administrative staff.
  • Responsible for the performance and morale of all resources deployed for FM scope in the assigned facilities.
  • Collaborate with supply chain team on opportunities to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-through, and manage supplier performance at property level.
  • With supply chain idenfity opportunities to deliver differentiated value through quality, innoation or cost improvements. Work in conjunction with central supply chain programs and account specific programs to support client specific needs. Participate in the Experience Clean Supplier Partnership program, including meeting governance requirements and scorecard review for responsible sites.
  • Responsiblle estbalishing annual budget and tracking expenses against budget periodically as specified by Client process.
  • Financial reporting for client.
  • Responsible for commercial goals of price and value for FM Operations for the client site(s) assigned.
  • Implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity.
  • Manage all assigned facilities to achieve KPI performance targets, monitor SLA's to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions/best practices accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education Bachelor Degree, preferably Bachelor Degree in Hospitality / Facility Management.
  • Experienced as Account / Facility Manager with minimum 5 years experience in the facilities service and related field.
  • Experienced in managing Maintenance, Housekeeping, and/or Facility Service.
  • Familiar with contract and company operational procedures.
  • Strong team management skills (staff training, employee appraisal and motivating ability).
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written) – both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Excellent client service to maintain relationship and address client's issue.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and manage material database.
