Strategic Leadership & Execution:
- Oversee all projects within the Strategy & Data Department, ensuring insight-driven, measurable, and effective strategies across various industries.
- Lead the entire strategic process, from data collection to execution, ensuring strategies align with business objectives and campaign goals.
- Develop and refine marketing strategies that integrate both brand and performance marketing principles.
- Ensure all strategies are backed by data insights, leveraging analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance decision-making for internal teams and clients.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing, and Data & Technology teams, fostering analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Set, evaluate, and report on KPIs for Data Analysts, Brand Strategists, Copywriters, Social Media Specialists, and Performance Marketing Specialists.
- Ensure team members stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive strategies.
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:
- Oversee all digital paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms), ensuring they drive revenue growth and client success.
- Manage budget allocation for digital marketing projects, optimizing ad spend for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Ensure accurate data tracking and attribution, including correct pixel implementation for performance analysis.
- Identify and execute audience expansion, brand awareness, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, tracking key metrics and refining strategies to enhance results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with creative, client servicing, and management teams to align strategy & digital marketing efforts with the project goals.
- Monitor all running projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and performance expectations are met.
- Report on campaign performance, industry trends, and revenue growth opportunities to management.
Qualifications :
- Min. 3 years of experience in both agency or in-house consumer marketing, with a track record of growing into a strategic leadership role.
- Strong expertise in brand & performance marketing, handling high-volume campaigns and scaling creative strategies globally.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market; experience in other Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing multi-functional teams.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking, attribution models, and performance analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of turning data into actionable strategies.
- Business-oriented mindset, aligning marketing strategies with revenue growth and client success.
- Experience managing advertising budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and impact-driven results.
