About the role
As a Transport Planner at PT. CJ Logistics Indonesia, you will play a vital role in optimising the company's transport and logistics operations. In this full-time position based in Sidoarjo, East Java, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning efficient transportation routes and schedules to ensure the timely delivery of goods to our customers.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Analyze transport data and forecasts to develop comprehensive transportation plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and logistics needs
- Accrue Invoice PO Vendor
- Monitor and adjust transportation plans in response to changing conditions, such as traffic, weather, or supply chain disruptions
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports on transportation performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions
Requirements :
- Relevant degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport planning or logistics coordination
- Proficient in using transport management software and data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Passion for continuously improving logistics operations
