10+ years of experience in business improvement, operations excellence, or organizational development, ideally in mining, heavy industry, or energy.
• Proven record of leading cultural and operational transformations.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, safety, and productivity levers.
• Familiarity with ERP/digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Indonesian national (preferred), with ability to work across multicultural teams and communicate with site workers to executives.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and change-management skills.
• Strong leadership presence, able to influence and gain trust at all levels.
