Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)

1–3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles

Experience in Business Development, Operations, or Construction development projects is highly prioritized

Strong understanding of Operations & Business Development lifecycle

Ability to design and implement business process improvements and familiar with frameworks Lean Six Sigma

Able to analyze organizational needs and create operations and business process development roadmaps

Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask effectively

Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information

Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with senior stakeholders, clients, and vendors

\Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective management of schedules and tasks
  • Calendar & Meeting Management coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, follow‑ups, agendas, and minutes of meetings
  • Plan and arrange travel itineraries including transportation, flight bookings, hotel reservations, logistics, and other travel support
  • Provide end‑to‑end administrative assistance, including drafting emails, preparing documents, maintaining records, and managing correspondence
  • Prepare expense sheets, manage reimbursements, petty cash, and ensure proper documentation aligned with company policies
  • Communicate and coordinate with service providers, third parties, and external stakeholders
  • Oversee and ensure smooth office administration, addressing proactive needs as required
