Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, printers, LAN/WLAN networks, and software systems.
- Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and software.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve IT-related problems effectively and in a timely manner.
- Document support cases and maintain accurate technical records.
- Good professional appearance.
- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, and network/server maintenance.
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills in both hardware and software.
- Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a high self-motivation.
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of network security and data protection.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCSA, or equivalent) are considered a plus.
