Responsibility :
Designing an attractive, interactive application interface that aligns with the company's design guidelines, aiming to enhance user experience and streamline transaction processes.
Requirements :
- Having a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field
- Having 1-2 years of prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
- Having the ability to negotiate through a variety of requirements, from vague to well-defined, simple to complex
- Having the ability to suggest optimal solutions to design problems that balance user needs, business constraints, and technological realities
- Having Knowledgeable of micro-interactions in use (on mobile, web, desktop, etc), and have nuanced views on how to make many of them even better.
- Good understanding of design principles (UX laws, 10 Usability Heuristics, Etc) and visual fundamentals (color, typography, Etc)
- Strong understanding of fundamentals of design library/system and how it works at scale
- Having sufficient skills to create icons, illustrations, and copywriting is a plus
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- Having knowledge of HTML is a plus
