Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building a high-performing sales team, and ensuring excellent customer experience across our stores and online channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and service.
  • Monitor daily store operations, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams to align sales initiatives with brand goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure the implementation of company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Sales Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in fashion retail, luxury, or lifestyle brand.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and sales analysis tools.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on management style.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
