About the role:
We arelooking for a skilled and strategic Warehouse Supervisor to align the warehouse and assembling productions with the target and business goals, also support performance-driven growth across logistic teams. This role requires a great leadership, decision making, and problem solving to lead assembly and warehouse processes, improve the assembling process, and ensure the warehouse, assembly, and logistics met the daily target. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, great leadership, proven decision making and problem solving, and warehouse operational excellence.
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma Degree from Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Min. have 1-year experience in as Warehouse/Production Team Leader (preferably from houseware/homeliving/FMCG industry).
- Strong understanding of fabrication and assembly processes, production flow, and machinery operations.
- Proficiency in local and English language (min. Intermediate level)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement tools.
- Proficiency in using ERP or any production management systems.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage shift operations effectively and have strong leadership and people management skills.
- Have a personal vehicle.
- Willing to work in Cikarang Warehouse, shift if required and in warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinate, and supervise daily fabrication and assembly activities to meet production targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage operators and technicians to ensure high performance and temwork.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and implement improvements in production efficiency, workflow, and resource utilization.
- Ensure all team members follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Manage manpower, materials, and machines to optimize production output and minimize downtime.
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and take corrective or preventive actions.
- Prepare daily or weekly production reports, including output, efficiency, and quality data.
- Collaborate with planning, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and ensure consistent work quality.
