Job Description

  • Conducting return receipt verification and paper document audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assisting with document organization, filing, and tracking related to project deliverables.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely receipt and validation of all project-related documents.
  • Supporting the overall administrative process to maintain compliance and efficiency within the project.

  • Able to join immediately and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and responsibility toward assigned tasks.
  • Basic Excel Skill and document-handling skills preferred.
